Former Mayor Arnold Willadsen, 84 rie Roche Willadsen; a son, Ar ruiNJNS UKOVE, N.J. Former Mayor Arnold F. Willadsen 84, of 20 Sack died Tues. day of congestive heart failure in Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodberry. Mr.

Willadsen, a DuPont Co. chemist's assistant, was mayor from 1959 to 1967 and served on Penns Grove Borough Council from 1953 to 1959. He worked at Chambers Works in Deepwater for 49 years and retired in 1973. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Penns Grove, and its Father's Club, and a member of Sakima Country Club, Car-neys Point, and Du Pont Veterans Association.

He was past president of Stevenson Democratic Club and former director of civil defense for Salem County. He is survived by his wife, Ma J. ex-Artesian chairman retiring in 1973. He was a member of Providence Avenue United Methodist Church of Chester, where he was a former member of the finance committee, Penn Lodge 709 Chester, Ben Franklin Consistory, Philadelphia and Lulu Shrine, Philadelphia. He is survived by his wife, Doris Holston Rowles.

A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Providence Avenue United Methodist Church, 18th Street and Providence Avenue, Chester. MARIE P. SANTORA, 85, of Sharpley, formerly of Boynton Beach, died Tuesday of cancer at home. Mrs. Santora retired from Lyons, New York. She was a member of St.

Mr. Tyree, a repairman for "29 years at Chrysler Corp. in Newark, Del, retired in 1981. He was a member of United Auto Workers of America Local 1183, Newark. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife, Freda Mae; a son, James H. Jr. of Elkton; a daughter, Joann Mars of North East; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A service will be 11 a.m.

KATHERINE E. ROBINSON FONG, 69, of 39 Aquilla Overview Gardens, New Castle, formerly of Sassafras, died Sunday of cancer at home. Mrs. Fong was a member of John Wesley Church, Sassafras. She was a graduate of Garrett High School, Chestertown.

She is survived by three daughters, Vannia Thomas of Chicago, Kathy Parker of Newark and De-lores Wallace of New Castle; a brother, Samuel Robinson of Philadelphia; and six grandchildren. "JACK" JOACHIMOWSKI, 79, of 244 Champlain died Tuesday of respiratory failure in Leader Nursing Rehabilitation Center, 700 Foulk Road, Brandy-wine Hundred. Mr. Joachimowski was a firefighter for Wilmington Bureau of Fire for more than 26 years, retiring in 1962. He was a member of St. Hed-wig's Senior Center.

He enjoyed boating and playing pool, tennis and gold. Mrs. Driscoll, a homemaker, had worked in the gift wrapping department of Strawbridge Clothier department store on Augustine Cut-Off for 13 years, retiring in 1975. She was a former member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, New Castle, and its Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality and was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

She was a committeewoman for the Democratic Party in New Castle in the early 1950s. She enjoyed fishing, boating, sewing, crocheting and spending summers at her house in Fenwick Island. ELEANOR E. GOLT ENRIGHT, 74, of Camelot Mobile Home Park, Rehoboth Beach, formerly of Wilmington, died Monday of complications from a stroke in Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. Mrs. Enright, a cashier at Storm's Shoe Store in Wilmington for 10 years, retired in 1976. She and her husband, Merritt who died in 1991, moved to Rehoboth Beach in 1978.

Friday at Parsell, Atkins Lodge By KATHLEEN HAIGH Special to The News Journal NEWARK John Robert Eisenbrey, former chairman of Delaware's largest water company, died Saturday of cancer at home. He was 66. Mr. Eisenbrey was named to the board of directors of Artesian Water Co. in 1991.

He was later elected chairman, president and chief executive officer of Artesian Resources Corp. and Artesian Wa- ter Co. He retired as president in I 1992 and remained CEO and chairman. He was a self-employed mechan-; ical contractor in the Bear area for more than 20 years. In 1988, BARBARA CLARK BRADBURY, 48, of Kennett Square, died Wednesday of cancer at Chester Hospital, West Chester.

Mrs. Bradbury was a business teacher at Coatesville schools for years. Earlier, she had at Kraut Kraut law in West Chester. She was a member of Kennett Square Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon, and a former member of Doe Run Presbyterian Church, Coatesville. She the former secretary for Theatre Association, Wilmington, and a member of Kennett Square Golf and Country Club.

She was a volunteer for the Heart Fund. A graduate of Unionville-Chadds Ford High School, she received a bachelor's degree in education from Shippensburg State JOollege. Mrs. Bradbury is survived by 3ier husband, Robert Joseph; a son, Robert Clarkof Kennett Square; and two daughters, LynnBradbury of Kennett Square and Rebecca Anne of Kennett Square. SAMUEL EDGAR GIBBS, 82, of 1221 Apple Wilmington, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital, where he was a patient. Mr. Gibbs and his wife operated Eastside Fish Market, Eighth and Kirkwood streets, for more than 10 years. Earlier, he worked at Worth Steel Claymont for 15 years.

He was a 43- MR. GIBBS year member and trustee of Button United Methodist Church. He attended public schools in Matthews, Va. In 1925 he moved to Wilmington and attended Howard High School, then at 12th and Orange streets. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Gibbs; a daughter, Sally Jenkins of Wilmington; a brother, Crawford Woodruff Sr. of Wilmington; and a grandson.
