Former Mayor Arnold Willadsen, 84 rie Roche Willadsen; a son, Ar ruiNJNS UKOVE, N.J. Former Mayor Arnold F. Willadsen 84, of 20 Sack died Tues. day of congestive heart failure in Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodberry. Mr.

Willadsen, a DuPont Co. chemist's assistant, was mayor from 1959 to 1967 and served on Penns Grove Borough Council from 1953 to 1959. He worked at Chambers Works in Deepwater for 49 years and retired in 1973. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Penns Grove, and its Father's Club, and a member of Sakima Country Club, Car-neys Point, and Du Pont Veterans Association.

He was past president of Stevenson Democratic Club and former director of civil defense for Salem County. He is survived by his wife, Ma J. ex-Artesian chairman retiring in 1973. He was a member of Providence Avenue United Methodist Church of Chester, where he was a former member of the finance committee, Penn Lodge 709 Chester, Ben Franklin Consistory, Philadelphia and Lulu Shrine, Philadelphia. He is survived by his wife, Doris Holston Rowles.

A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Providence Avenue United Methodist Church, 18th Street and Providence Avenue, Chester. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Minshall-Shropshire Funeral Home, Middletown and Knowltn roads, Media, where masonic services will be at 10:30. Burial will be in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood.

MARIE P. SANTORA, 85, of Sharpley, formerly of Boynton Beach, died Tuesday of cancer at home. Mrs. Santora retired from Lyons, New York. She was a member of St.

Mary Magdalen Adult Center. Her husband, Nicholas died in 1989. She is survived by a daughter, Marie J. Keane of Sharpley; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m.

Saturday at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, Concord Pike and Sharp-ley Road, Sharpley. Burial will be private. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, Wilmington. JAMES HOWARD TYREE SR, 74, of Elkton, died Tuesday of a heart attack in Union Hospital, Elkton.

Mr. Tyree, a repairman for "29 years at Chrysler Corp. in Newark, Del, retired in 1981. He was a member of United Auto Workers of America Local 1183, Newark. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He enjoyed fishing. He is survived by his wife, Freda Mae; a son, James H. Jr. of Elkton; a daughter, Joann Mars of North East; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A service will be 11 a.m.

KATHERINE E. ROBINSON FONG, 69, of 39 Aquilla Overview Gardens, New Castle, formerly of Sassafras, died Sunday of cancer at home. Mrs. Fong was a member of John Wesley Church, Sassafras. She was a graduate of Garrett High School, Chestertown.

She is survived by three daughters, Vannia Thomas of Chicago, Kathy Parker of Newark and De-lores Wallace of New Castle; a brother, Samuel Robinson of Philadelphia; and six grandchildren. A service will be 1 p.m. Friday at House of Wright Mortuary, Wilmington, where friends may call at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, Minquadale. GUSTAVO IZQUIERDO, 53, of Margate, formerly of 2206 Robin Road, Fairfax, was killed Tuesday in an auto accident on U.S.

322 near US. 1 in Chester County, Pa. Mr. Izquierdo, an independent businessman, enjoyed traveling. His wife, Marie Stella, died in 1978.

He is survived by two daughters, Stella I. Johnson of Claymont, and Nancy Izquierdo of Syracuse, N.Y.; his parents, Gabriel and Maruja Izquierdo of Bogota, Colombia; four brothers, Tony of New York City, Carlos of Miami, and German and Luis Gabriel, both of Bogota; four sisters, Maria Euginia Castellano and Nelly Guter, both of Miami, and Emillia Parra and Carmenza Toloza, both of Bogota; and a granddaughter. "JACK" JOACHIMOWSKI, 79, of 244 Champlain died Tuesday of respiratory failure in Leader Nursing Rehabilitation Center, 700 Foulk Road, Brandy-wine Hundred. Mr. Joachimowski was a firefighter for Wilmington Bureau of Fire for more than 26 years, retiring in 1962. He was a member of St. Hed-wig's Senior Center.

He enjoyed boating and playing pool, tennis and gold. He is survived by a son, Stanley Paul of Long Island, N.Y.; five daughters, Geraldine Connand Sandra Link, both of Newark, Deborah Stavely and Kathleen Goodrich, both of Mechanicsburg, and Judy Migliorisi of Long Island; a sister, Elizabeth Skipski of Elsmere; his companion, Elizabeth Simmons of Wilmington; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Kiner was a homemaker. Her first husband, Steven Ko-wac, and her second husband, Howard died in 1967. DOROTHY M. DOUGHERTY, 67, formerly of Marydel, died Tuesday of heart failure in Franciscan Health Care Center at Wilmington, 801 N. Broom St.

Mrs. Dougherty, who retired in 1980, was a saleswoman for 17 years at Woolworth's five-and-10 cent store, Ninth and Market streets, Wilmington. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Newark. She is survived by her mother, Marie E. Dougherty of Newark; three brothers, Thomas, James J.

Jr. and Gerald, all of Wilmington; and four sisters, Sister Mary Joseph Dougherty O.S.B. of St. Elizabeth's Convent, Wilmington, Marie Taylor of Ocean View, Nancy Snyder of Bear and Patricia Val-iante of Newark. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30 a.m.

DRISCOLL, 78, of Collins Park, near New Castle, and Fenwick Island, died Tuesday of complications from Alzheimer's disease in Arbors at New Castle nursing home. Mrs. Driscoll, a homemaker, had worked in the gift wrapping department of Strawbridge Clothier department store on Augustine Cut-Off for 13 years, retiring in 1975. She was a former member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, New Castle, and its Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality and was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

She was a committeewoman for the Democratic Party in New Castle in the early 1950s. She enjoyed fishing, boating, sewing, crocheting and spending summers at her house in Fenwick Island. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James a son, James M. of Louisville, three daughters, Martha Ann Desmond of Wilmington, Kathleen Carlin of Newark and Jane Hickman of Townsend; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. ELEANOR E. GOLT ENRIGHT, 74, of Camelot Mobile Home Park, Rehoboth Beach, formerly of Wilmington, died Monday of complications from a stroke in Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, Md. Mrs. Enright, a cashier at Storm's Shoe Store in Wilmington for 10 years, retired in 1976. She and her husband, Merritt who died in 1991, moved to Rehoboth Beach in 1978.

She is survived by a son, C. Donald Davis of Mount Gretna, a stepdaughter, Judith L. En-right of Wilmington; two brothers, Burton R. Golt of Fort Lauderdale, and William Edward Golt of Kansas City, two grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. A service will be at 1 p.m.

Friday at Parsell, Atkins Lodge By KATHLEEN HAIGH Special to The News Journal NEWARK John Robert Eisenbrey, former chairman of Delaware's largest water company, died Saturday of cancer at home. He was 66. Mr. Eisenbrey was named to the board of directors of Artesian Water Co. in 1991.

He was later elected chairman, president and chief executive officer of Artesian Resources Corp. and Artesian Wa- ter Co. He retired as president in I 1992 and remained CEO and chairman. He was a self-employed mechan-; ical contractor in the Bear area for more than 20 years. In 1988, BARBARA CLARK BRADBURY, 48, of Kennett Square, died Wednesday of cancer at Chester Hospital, West Chester.

Mrs. Bradbury was a business teacher at Coatesville schools for years. Earlier, she had at Kraut Kraut law in West Chester. She was a member of Kennett Square Presbyterian Church, where she was a deacon, and a former member of Doe Run Presbyterian Church, Coatesville. She the former secretary for Theatre Association, Wilmington, and a member of Kennett Square Golf and Country Club.

She was a volunteer for the Heart Fund. A graduate of Unionville-Chadds Ford High School, she received a bachelor's degree in education from Shippensburg State JOollege. Mrs. Bradbury is survived by 3ier husband, Robert Joseph; a son, Robert Clarkof Kennett Square; and two daughters, LynnBradbury of Kennett Square and Rebecca Anne of Kennett Square. A memorial service will be 10:30 Tuesday in Kennett Square Presbyterian Church, 211 S.

ETHEL COVENTRY, 58, died Monday of kidney failure in Riverside Extended Care Pavilion, Wilmington, where she was a resident. Miss Coventry was born in Col-lingdale, Pa.

She was a former "resident of The Meadows in Delaware City. She enjoyed arts and crafts and Crocheting. She has no immediate nold F. Jr. of Pennsville; four daughters, Joan Kramer of West Deptford, Barbara Smith of Bear, Donna Azzaro of Mantua and Sally Askin of Martinsburg, W.Va.; two brothers, Harry of Glendale, and Irvin of Penns Grove; a sister, Harriett Brownlee of Toms River; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

His wife, Norma Jean Tayloi Eisenbrey, died in 1976. He is survived by four children, John R. Jr. of Middletown, Kay E. Miller of Calvert, Virginia E.

CRAIG, 75, of 4 Clyde Wilmington, died Saturday of lung cancer in Wilmington Hospital. Mr. Craig had been a groom at Delaware Park. He is survived by his wife, Lile-may Craig. A service and burial will be private.

SAMUEL EDGAR GIBBS, 82, of 1221 Apple Wilmington, died Thursday in St. Francis Hospital, where he was a patient. Mr. Gibbs and his wife operated Eastside Fish Market, Eighth and Kirkwood streets, for more than 10 years. Earlier, he worked at Worth Steel Claymont for 15 years.

He was a 43- MR. GIBBS year member and trustee of Button United Methodist Church. He attended public schools in Matthews, Va. In 1925 he moved to Wilmington and attended Howard High School, then at 12th and Orange streets. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Gibbs; a daughter, Sally Jenkins of Wilmington; a brother, Crawford Woodruff Sr. of Wilmington; and a grandson. A service will be at 1 p.m. today in Buttonwood United Methodist Church, Buttonwood Avenue, Buttonwood, where family and friends may call at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, North Du Pont Highway, Minquadale.

MILLMAN, 44, of 238 Old Churchmans Road, near New Castle, was killed Saturday in a motorcycle accident on the Schuylkill Expressway, near Vare Avenue in Philadelphia, Philadelphia police said.

Mr. Millman was a licensed practical nurse for Leader Nursing Homes, Brandywine Hundred and Christiana Medical Research, near Stanton. He was a graduate of William Penn High School, New Castle, and Delaware Technical Community College, Georgetown. He served in the Naval Reserve. He is survived by his mother, Edith C.

PARK, an associate chemist at Thiokol Elkton, died Monday in Christiana Hospital near Stanton, after being injured in an explosion Friday at the plant. He graduated from Brandywine High School in 1985 and earned a degree in chemistry from the University of Delaware in 1989 He is survived by his wife, Tara a 6-month-old daughter, Leah Sage Park, at home; his parents, Shung Ho Park and Myung Ae Ferguson, both of Wilmington; and a brother, James of New Enterprise, Pa.
