Meals on Wheels to Wilmington to feed hungry or malnourished senior citizens, died Friday at Ingleside Care Center, Hockessin. "My mom organized it through St. Stephen's Lutheran Church and got other churches in the Wilmington area to do it," said her daughter, Zada Megonigal of Laguna Beach, Calif. 'She was able to get funding through people she knew through being a local bridal consultant.

"They would bring a hot lunch and leave food in the refrigerator for her daughter said. "They might have gotten the food from one of the hospitals. The people who she delivered to using a station wagon loved seeing her." For many years, Mrs. Bunn was a bridal consultant and buyer at the chic women's boutique, BirdSpeakman, which was on Delaware Avenue in downtown Wilmington. really didn't have anything like that in Wilmington when she started," her daughter said.

"She worked six days a week because there was always a wedding and she would be there to get the bride and bridesmaids ready. There are so many young people who remember her. One OLRIDGE LEONARD "HUB" BOOKER. 42, a former child care provider at West Center City Community Center and at the home-based center of his mother, Myrtle Woodard, died Wednesday of pneumonia at Wilmington Hospital. He had been disabled for the past seven months after working in maintenance at Macintosh Inn in Ogletown.

Raised in Wilmington, he attended St. Paul's grade school and graduated in 1971 from Wilmington High, where he played on the champion varsity basketball team. In the 1980s, he helped his mother operate her 1334 W. Third St. day-care center.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Myrtle and Charles Woodard of Newark; a sister, Eunice Woodard-Deputy, with whom he lived; and a brother, Charles Woodard Jr. at home. A service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th Wilmington, where friends may call after 11.

Burial will be in Wilmington's Riverview Cemetery. HESTER H. ANDERSON, 60, died Wednesday of cancer at home, 601 W. Ninth Wilmington. Mrs.

Anderson was a member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church, Wilmington. Her husband, Garfield Anderson, is deceased. "SIS" BROWN, 84, a cook for a prominent Seaford family, the Allens, for 45 years, died Wednesday of liver failure in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. She was a strong woman." Mrs. Brown, of Chandler Heights, Seaford, was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, Federalsburg, Md. Her husband, Victor Brown, died a few years ago. BUNDLE, 74, of 2200 Henlopen Kiamensi Gar- dens, Stanton, died Sunday of cancer in Christiana Hospital. Mr. Bundle was a self-employed contractor until reconstruction, He served as an Army sergeant with the 63rd Infantry in Germany during World War II and received the Purple Heart. His wife, Eleanor R. Bundle, died in 1987.

He is survived by two daughters, Sandra Colon of Macungie, and Sharon Hartnett of Wilmington; three brothers, Joseph of Lopez, and John and Paul, both of Dushore, Reading, four sisters, Catherine Anna Kramer Buck of Groton, N.Y., Helen Bundle and Mary Lamareaux, both of Elmira, N.Y.; and four grandchildren and a great-grandson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, 907 Milltown Road, with burial in All Saints Cemetery. Burton, who stopped teaching before World War II, had taught students in grades one through eight at tiny Donovan School, near Milton. She was a member of United Methodist Women at Milton's Goshen Church. In the early 1960s, she was treasurer of the church's building committees. She was raised on a farm near Ocean View. Her husband, Howard J.

Burton, died in 1945. She is survived by a stepson, Paris A. Burton of Milton; four stepgrandchildren and six stepgreat-grandchildren. A service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Short Funeral Services, Milton, where friends may call after noon.

JAMES CLIFFORD CALLOWAY 90, a retired Eastern Shore farmer and caretaker of Camp Mardela, Denton, died Friday in Easton Memorial Hospital. Mr. Calloway, of Denton, farmed in Caroline and Queen Anne counties until retiring in 1971.

His wife, Mildred Calloway, died in 1969. Survivors include seven sons, Norman of Ridgely, James Jr. and William, both of Denton, Robert of Queen Anne, Paul and Charles, both of Centreville, and Gary of Federalsburg; a daughter, Beverly Banks of Goldsboro; 25 grandchildren, 35 greatgrandchildren and a great-greatgranddaughter. Breslow, 78, a retired Hercules Corp. chemist and expert in polymers, died Friday in Christiana Hospital. "He had a lifelong love of learning and of the search for scientific discovery," said his daughter, Gail Breslow of Paris. Raised in Queens, N.Y., Mr. Breslow graduated from City College in 1937 and earned his doctorate from Duke University in 1940.

After doing post-doctoral work at California Institute of Technology, he did research at Berkeley and Duke. In 1946, he joined Hercules as a research chemist, and went on to hold 79 patents for the firm. By the early 1970s, he joined the firm's elite group of senior research associates. He was a consultant after retiring in 1982. He taught chemistry at the University of Delaware, University of Florida, University of Notre Dame and University of Munich in Germany.

A highlight was the screening of a video of her life made by a grandson. Raised in Philadelphia, she was president of the class of 1922 at Westtown, a Chester County (Pa.) Quaker boarding school. She moved to Wilmington the next year after marrying Edward C.

Bunn, who was president of the Amalgamated Leather factory. The couple lived in the city, including at 1401 Pennsylvania then retired to Pompano Beach, Fla. After her husband's 1970 death, she moved to her daughter's southern California home, then lived at Kamin home in Arden. She was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church.

Besides Mrs. Megonigal and her great-grandchildren, she is survived by three more daughters, Patricia Mooney of Newark, Jane Knowles of Clarksburg, and Ruth Baker of Moneta, a sister, Laura Mosher of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; a brother, Kenneth Hartz of Florida; and 17 grandchildren. She was buried in Silverbrook Cemetery following a Saturday service in Mount Sinai Baptist Church, Wilmington. JOHN L. "SONNY" BLANCHFIELD, 61, of Townsend, died Sat- urday of complications from emphysema in Dover's Kent General Hospital. Mr. Blanchfield, raised in Middletown, was disabled the past 10 years after working as a state highway laborer.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and building models of seaplanes and vintage warplanes. His 71st birthday was May 4. Mr. Wilson, an outspoken Republican and sometimes-embattled elections deputy director from 1969 to 1984, worked in advertising sales for Paulch Publishing for the last 10 years. He was a charter member and former president of Geriatric Services of Delaware. He was a leader in landuse issues since MR.

WILSON the 1960s' formation of the Council of Civic Organizations of Brandywine Hundred, serving the group as president and zoning chairman. More recently, he was chairman of the Northern New Castle County Land Use Study Group. He was an early president of The Committee of 39 a goodgovernment group, and worked for urban renewal in Wilmington in the 1960s. He served on the Cemetery, Hillsboro. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Camp Mardela, a Church of the Brethren religious retreat, care of Patricia Ecker, Box 460, Denton.

ROGER E. CHAPMAN 73, of 5113 E. Brigantine Court, Wilmington, died Friday of cancer at home. Mr. Chapman came to Delaware from Illinois in 1970 as a process engineer for Boeing Aircraft, later going to Bechtel Construction as a field engineer and inspector.

He retired in 1984. He was born in Penn Yan, N.Y., and raised in Evanston, Ill. He attended the University of Alabama and served in the Air Force as a sergeant during World War II. He then attended law school and was admitted to Illinois. State Bar in 1949.

He was a member of Limestone Presbyterian Church for 25 years, helping in administrative duties for the church school. He was treasurer of Mermaid Run Civic Association. He is survived by two daughters, Christine Richards of Orlando, and Ruth Margaret of Old Heidelberg, Germany; two sons, Rogers E. II of Fairfax, and Morgan Eric of Seven Valleys, a sister, Margaret Goodwin of Bushnell, a brother, John A. of Charleston, W.Va.; and his companion, Jean D.

Mr. Wilson, who for some time owned his own public relations firm, also worked for newspapers. He started at the Easton (Pa.) Daily Express, then worked as an assistant city editor at the Philadelphia Bulletin and as a copy editor at The News Journal. A native of Port Washington, N.Y., he graduated in 1949 from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, and remained active in alumni work. He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in Europe.

He was a member of Wilming. ton Kiwanis Club and Trinity Episcopal Church, Wilmington. He is survived by a son, Bradford E. Wilson, and a daughter, Holly Loughrey, of Wilmington; a sister, Joyce Wilson of Wayne, N.J.; and three grandchildren. A service will be at 10 a.m.

Thursday Trinity Episcopal Church, Delaware Avenue and Adams Streets, with burial in Christ Episcopal Church Christiana Hundred memorial gardens. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Geriatric Services of Delaware. Mrs. Coughlan, who was raised in Cambridge, came to Wilmington in the 1940s with her husband, Joseph Coughlan. "She learned from older women," Joseph Coughlan said.

"Every Thursday night, she would say the hookers would be here. She went on to buy truckloads of wool for $50. She claimed she hurried home to try to hide it from me, but that was impossible. It not only filled the attic, but overflowed into the Mrs. Coughlan became a fixture at Hagley Museum events and local craft fairs.

Winterthur Museum relied on her advice. "She used to wear a Colonial Dames costume," her husband said. She often taught two classes a week at her Brandywine Hills home and at Delaware Technical Community College and Luther Towers senior citizen apartments. She served on the boards of the Ministry of Caring, Arden YMCA and Bayard House and enjoyed visiting Hercules Country Club. Her survivors include her husband of 52 years; four sons, J.

Jeremiah of Kennewick, and Frank, Michael and James, all of Wilmington; three daughters, Mary Ellen Harm of Holliston, Kate Coughlan of Orleans, and Dr. Elizabeth Coughlan of Dayton, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Sharpley. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m.

He was president of the state American Chemical Society chapter and won many of the society's awards. In 1960, he was named one of the top 10 chemists in Delaware.

Mr. Breslow, who lived in' Brandywine Hundred's Madelyn Gardens with his wife of 48 years, Ann Goodman Breslow, was a member of Wilmington's Congregation Beth Shalom and gave local talks on Jewish life in postwar Germany. Survivors include his wife; a son, Lee Breslow of Londonderry, N.H.; two daughters, Fern Seltzer of Cherry Hill Village, near Denver, and Ms. Breslow; a sister, Mildred Novick of Delray Beach, and two grandchildren. A service will be at 11 today in Schoenberg Memorial Chapel, 519 Philadelphia Pike, Penny Hill.

HILDA C. PHILLIPS, 71, of Gumboro, died Friday of cancer at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. Mrs. Phillips was a cafeteria worked at Gumboro School and later at East Millsboro Elementary School for 27 years. She retired in 1989.

She was a member of Gumboro Wesleyan Church. She was born in Williamsville. Mrs. Phillips' husband, Reese W. Phillips, died in 1986.

She is survived by two brothers-in-law, who cared for her, Kenneth Philof Gumboro, and Henry Phillips of Millsboro; and several nephews.
