Mr. Donophan, a truck driver, had worked at Penn State Trucking, Trailer Chemical, Poole Truck Lines and Maryland Transportation Co. and other companies. He was retired. He was a member of Men's League of the Salvation Army, Cumberland.

Survivors: daughter, Brenda Thomas of Salisbury; sons, Richard of Cumberland, Walter N. Jr. and William, both of Laurel, and Walter Lee of Salisbury; several grandchildren. Service: 11 today, chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, Main Street, Felton. Visitation: 10 a.m.

Burial: Hopkins Cemetery, Felton. MILDRED P. FRAZEE, 95, of Smyrna, died of respiratory failure Wednesday in IHS of Delaware at Kent, Smyrna. Mrs. Frazee, a homemaker, had worked for Johnson Matthey Co.

in Malvern, for 20 years and retired in 1966. Her husband, Edward Frazee, died in 1976. Survivors: son and daughter-inlaw, Ranford and Mildred E. of Dover, with whom she had lived; daughter, Romayne Thompson of Sebastian, two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. Service: 11 a.m.

Garrison, a former president of the Delaware Farm Bureau, died of respiratory failure Wednesday in Kent General Hospital. He was 102 and was a resident of Courtland Manor Nursing Home, Dover. Mr. Garrison, a retired dairy and grain farmer, was bureau president from 1962 to 1966.

Earlier, he was president of the Kent Farm Bureau for several years. He owned Garrison Farm East, Dover, for many years, and earlier had farmed near Cheswold. During World War II, he was a policeman for the Pennsylvania Railroad. NORWOOD AUGUSTUS CALDWELL 84, of McDaniel, died of heart failure Tuesday at home. Mr.

Caldwell had been a farmer, did carpentry work, and had been a custodian at Miles River Yacht Club and a caretaker for area families. He retired in the late 1970s. He was a member of Peoples Church, Dover, and was head usher for 40 years. His wife of 75 years, Clara V. Garrison, died in 1992.

Survivors: sons, George T. Gamaliel both of Dover, and Elbert W. of Cave Creek, daughter, Mary G. Wilson of Dover; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Service: 1 p.m.

Saturday, Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Dover. Visitation: noon. Burial: Bethel Cemetery, Cheswold. He was a member of New St. John's United Methodist Church, Wittman, where he was a former trustee and choir member.
