Obiftyairiies WEDNESDAY, JAN. 17, 1996 THE NEWS JOURNAL BS JOSEPH CHUCK KLEAMSKI KLIMASZEWSKI, 78, of 2204 Fairfield Place, Wilmington, died Sunday of respiratory failure in Riverside Hospital. Mr. Klimaszewski worked at Pusey and Jones Co. as a machinist until it closed.

He then became a tool and die maker for Speakman Co. and retired from there in 1982. He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church; Polish Librarv Assnriat.inrr and St. Mariner Motel, Rock Hall, in housekeeping.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception of Lourdes Catholic Church, Marcus Hook, and Marcus Hook Senior Citizens. Her husband, Frank, died in 1973. Survivors: sons, Rocco of Chester, and Richard of Booth-wyn; daughters, Mary Thomas and Dixie Stichter, both of Claymont, and Lorraine Faulkner and Theresa Kirkland, both of Marcus Hook; brothers, Gabriel Marge of Augusta, and Emidio Marge of West Grove; sister, Jean Weeks of Boothwyn; 25 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Mass: 10 a.m. today, Immaculate Conception of Lourdes Catholic Church.

Mr. Brown, formerly of 411 Osborne Odessa, had worked for John Julian Construction. His wife, Lillian Brown, died in 1979.

MARY ELLEN STANLEY BEUKELMAN, 73, who played viola in the Delaware Symphony for several decades until the 1970s and was president of its board in the early 1980s, died Jan. 7 of cancer in Christiana Hospital. Mrs. Beukelman, of 1110 Faun Road, Graylyn Crest, Brandywine Hundred, was former president of the symphony's Women's League. She also did phoning for FISH of Northern Delaware which chauffeurs" needy elderly.

Her husband, Thomas E. Beukelman, died in 1987. Survivors: sons, Thomas S. of Gainesville, and Stephen W. of Newark; daughter, Nancy Ellen Beukelman of Wilmington.

ZIPPE, 66, of Clayton, a retired farmer active with 4-H, died Thursday of lymphoma in Christiana Hospital.

Mr. Zippe farmed near Clayton until 1994 and until recently drove school buses. He was a 4-H Friendship Club project leader, a day camp volunteer and a Links member. STEVENS, 80, of North East, died Monday in Laurelwood Nursing Center. Mrs. Stevens, a homemaker, lived in Newark, before moving to North East 20 years ago. Survivors: daughters, Debra J. Handling of Wilmington, Margaret Penland of North East, and Lola Fehr of Niceville, 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

WILLOUGHBY of Prices Corner died Sunday of a Hedwig Alley Cats, a Polish dance group. She enjoyed painting and gardening. Survivors: husband of 61 years, Stuart daughter, Miriam K. Wade of Lake Forest, sons, Stuart R. Jr. of St.
