A classic savings ot $10. a Orpha Emma Houston Orpha Emma Houston, 91, of 107 Delaware Claymont, died of congestive heart failure Saturday in Riverside Hospital. Mrs. Houston had made puppets for the Junior Board of the Wilmington Medical Center since 1955.

Her husband, Eldred James, died in 1967. She is survived by two daughters, Grace Brant of New Port Richey, and Irene Hash of Boothwyn, 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be private. Friends may call at 7 p.m. today at Gebhart Funeral Home, 3401 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont.

Ralph A. Conrad PENNSVILLE, N.J. Ralph A. Conrad, 72, of 20 Brandriff died of cancer Wednesday at home. Mr.

Conrad, who retired in 1975, was an iron worker and a member of Iron Workers Local 451, Elsmere, Del. He also was a member of a painters' local union for many years. He was a member of the Golden Age Eagles of Salem. He was a native of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, and moved to New Jersey when he was a young man. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Helen J.

Garrison Conrad; three sons, Ralph F. and Gerald both of Pennsville, and Donald D. of Alloway; a daughter, Karen J. Cooksey of Pennsville; four brothers, Gerald of Falmouth, and George, Douglas and Edwin, all of Lunenburg; and nine grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Saturday in Laughrey Funeral Home, 1 North Broadway, Pennsville, where friends may call after 10. Burial will be in East View Cemetery, Salem. 1 '0- VtltL ti Orig: $49.95 Resele services Mass of Christian Burial for Kim-berly Anne Resele and Julie Ann Resele, who died Tuesday, will be offered at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Cedar and South Clayton streets, where friends may call after 10.

Kimberly, 16, and Julie, 14, daughters of Robert S. and Suzanne Tino Resele, of 2 Plover Court, Brookmeade died when their car struck a tree off Owls Nest Road near Centreville. Kimberly, a junior at St. Elizabeth High School, was an honor student, a member of the 1986 junior varsity basketball team, a member of the varsity volleyball team and the track team. She was a vice president of the in-service group of the school and a member of the Catholic Youth Organization.

She worked part time in the junior department at John Wana-maker Department Store, Augustine Cut-Off. Julie, a freshman at St. Elizabeth High School, was a member of the cheerleading squad, the in-service group and the Catholic Youth Organization. Born and reared in Sharon, the sisters had lived in the Wilmington area for more than three years. In addition to their parents, they are survived by their paternal grandparents, Robert A.

and Mary Ruth Resele of Sharon; and their maternal grandparents, Fred and Lucille Tino of Meadville, Pa. Mass of Christian Burial will also be offered Saturday at 11 a.m. in Notre Dame Catholic Church, Sharon. Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery, Hermitage, Pa.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Elizabeth Building Fund, Cedar and South Clayton Streets, Wilmington 19805. Vassalotti services Mass of Christian Burial for David F. Vassalotti, who died Tuesday, will be offered at 11 a.m. Saturday in St.

Elizabeth Catholic Church, Cedar and Clayton streets, where friends may call after 10 a.m. David, 16-year-old son of Wayne and Pamela Vassalotti, of 3 Poplar Elsmere, died in an auto accident near Centreville. He was a junior at St. Elizabeth High School, where he was an honor student. He was a member of the varsity football and wrestling teams.

He was a member of the golf team and St. Elizabeth's Youth Group. He was born in Wilmington. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Michael a cadet at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.; his paternal grandfather, Anthony C.

Vassalotti of Claymont; and his maternal grandmother, Anna Hickey of Elsmere. Burial will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Lancaster Avenue. Strahle, 92, died Tuesday in Milford Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Strahle was a homemaker. Her husband, Karl, died in 1948. She is survived by three sons, Carl, Albert and Jacob, all of Milford; three daughters, Elizabeth Parker of Lincoln, Theresa Everson of Milford and Barbara Marvel of Sea-ford; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchilren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Berry Funeral Home, N.W. Front Street, Milford, where friends may call after 10. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Milford. sole.

Berry, 70, of R.D. 1, Newburg, formerly of Newport, died after an apparent heart attack Tuesday at home. Mr. Berry was a self-employed painter in the Wilmington area for many years. He retired in 1968 and moved to Newburg.

He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in Europe. He is survived by two sons, Robert H. of New Castle, and James W. of Newark, four brothers, Wilson P. Jr.

and Carlton both of Wilmington, Albert W. of Elsmere, and Harvey J. of Newport; a sister, Effie M. Pret-tyman of Rehoboth Beach, four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Services will be at 9:45 a.m.

Friday in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, where friends may call 45 minutes earlier. Burial will be in the adjoining memorial park. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to First and Olivet United Presbyterian Church, 226 N. Broom Wilmington, Del. 19805.

Tiffany D. Meades Tiffany D. Meades, 14-month-old daughter of Cheryl D. Meades and Leonard Gatson died of heart failure Monday in Christiana Hospital. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Frederick P.

Meades, and a sister, Tykeshi T. Meades, both at home; and her maternal grandmother, Doris Williams, her paternal grandparents, Corinne and Leonard Gatson and paternal great-grandmother, Eunice Vaughn, all of Wilmington. Services will be at noon Friday in Congo Funeral Home, 24th and Market Streets. Viewing will be private. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
