Nowland, of 2325 West Sixteenth Street, and Harold Anderson, of 2204 Monroe Street, both 20-year-old, were enlisted in the Navy today for four years each. Chief Petty Officer Paul Watson, Navy recruiter, Wilmington Post Office, said Nowland made the unusually high score of 100 on his Armed Forces Qualification Test. Anderson made 93.
